Choose the motor home that's right for you. Whichever model you choose, you'll find it the height of comfort: all motor homes are equipped with a galley including fridge and sink, and a washroom with flush toilet, wash basin and shower – in most cases there's a separate shower cabinet, hot water. Hymer motor homes also come with heating, mains connection cable and extension cable, 12-volt battery and battery charger, cycle-rack, power steering and stereo radio with cassette deck, and the possibility to choose a powerful engine (2.8 TDI/JTD). If you need extra equipment such as crockery and cutlery, please ask us. Wherever possible, we will provide what you need.
Enviro Motorhomes Spain Rental TermsImportant information about your rental:
On arrival you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the operators of Enviro Motorhomes Spain. Here is a summary of the terms and conditions:
The following definitions apply for the Terms and Conditions for Enviro Motorhomes Spain.
- The Supplier means the operator of Enviro Motorhomes Spain.
- The Client is also referred to as the hirer (s)
Driver of the motor home must be over 23 years of age, and have a class B driver's license for over two (2) years. Some motorhomes can be driven by 24 years old drivers and have a Class B (normal cars) driver's licence for over two years. Please ask us for information on the details provided on your confirmation invoice.
The customer should be able to show AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. their identification (D.N.I. or Passport).
- Unlimited Mileage
- Roadside assistance for the vehicle with ARAG (German insurance company) Valid both of them in all Europe.
- Roadside assistance with Hymer (with more than 300 depots around all Europe)
- Guidebook of campsites in Spain-Portugal-Europe.
- Full insurance (CDW) with an exemption of 700 Euros
- Lubricant expenses will be paid by AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. made payable by the customer when he presents the corresponding bills.

In Spain the Tax (VAT) is 21%.
The Vehicles of AUTOCARVAN EXPRESS S.A. have full insurance (CDW) with a responsibility of 600 Euros by collision. In the case of bad use or collision. This insurance is valid in all the Europe Union. If you are traveling in other countries you should consult AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS S.A.
The insurance does not include personal property of the customer.
It is possible travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey, with an extra cost.
Pets and smoking are allowed but always with the responsibility of the customer.
The vehicle must have normal motorhome use, must not transport more people than is permitted by law, carry merchandise, or be driven and operated by a third party.
The 600 Euros deposit should be paid by the customer to AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS S.A. at the time of pick up of the vehicle. They may pay by Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard), or cash. After return of vehicle our foreman will check everything and if all is satisfactory then AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. will refund the deposit.
Please note: the initial deposit paid is non refundable.
If Autocaravan Express is notified then:
-More than 33 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 35% of the total remaining amount
-Between 18 to 33 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 50% of the total remaining amount
-Up to 18 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 80% of the total remaining amount
-If no one shows up on the scheduled rental date or if 3 days prior to scheduled rental date, THE CUSTOMER MUST PAY 100% of the total remaining amount
Non Depot location minimum hire
Autocaravan Express S.A. offer their customers pick up and drop off anywhere in Spain for reservations 10 days or 15 days or more in the mid and low season. In the high season or in all rentals under 15 days the pick up and drop can be in the Madrid location only.
Extending rental time
Should the customer wish to extend the rental time, he/she should let AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. know within a reasonable time limit. The confirmation of an extension will depend on the availability.
Pick up and Drop off Fees
If the customer want it we make pick up and drop off in any place in Spain and Europe in rental > 14 days in mid and low season.
The one way from Madrid to Alicante, Barcelona, Bilbao, Sevilla and Valencia are free from October to March both inclusive. Minimum 12 days rental. We have a depot in Madrid and Málaga (Mijas) is also free and we make the transfer free from the airport. Transfers are Free for rental > 7 days.
During the year we have offers oneway Free Barcelona, Valencia, Sevilla, Paris, Rome and Frankfurt, Switzerland (during the ski season), with special prices.
In August normally we take the most of the motorhomes of other city to Madrid. Price does not include VAT.

Pick up and Drop off Time Table (Madrid)
If the pick up or drop off is in the office of AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. (Madrid or Barcelona).
From Monday to Friday: 10:00h -- 13:00h
16:00h -- 18:30h
Saturday: 10:30h -- 13:00h
Madrid: From Monday to Friday: 10:00h -- 18:00h

If the pick up and drop off is at the airport or in another place, it’s between Monday to Saturday (in the morning) when the flight arrives. In other case, please consult the supplier. When the reservation is confirmed We need the flight number and approximate arrival hour. It is really important when it isn’t in our depot the pick up or drop off.
Transfer from the airport are Free (minimum 7 days rental). Only we charge 55 Euros if the customer wants the pick up directly in the airport or Hotel in Madrid. Not in all hotels are possible, specially in the city centre.
Pick up and Drop off :
AUTOCARAVAN EXPRESS, S.A. offers pick-up and drops-off at Madrid Airport and Hotel (It is free for rentals more than 18 days). Out of the timertable have a cost of 95 Euros vat include. Depend of availability of our staff. The transfer is free if the customer wants that all the pick up be in the airport it have a extra cost.
It is possible travel to Morocco or the Occidental part of Turkey, with an extra cost. If you are traveling in other countries you must consult Autocaravan Express S.A. on the contact details provided at the time of reservation confirmation. They will discuss the details and extra cost with you directly depending on your destination/s.
Ready for Departure:
This is compulsory option. It includes two gas cylinders and chemical products for the toilet. Free.
This kit includes: Sheets / Duvet Covers Set, Pillows, Quilts and Towels. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)
This kit includes: Ladle, Glasses, Saucepan, Set of cutlery, Frying pan, Cups, Plates, and Skimmer. (It is free for rentals more than 18 days)
Air Conditioning on Cabin:
In all motorhomes Free.
There is a special place for it. This television goes by 220 volts, it works 12v. All have connection USB to see films.
Please note: The insurance don’t cover the TV. In case of robbery the customer will lose the deposit. The television in France for example it can’t be see it (the frequencies are different). The television it couldn’t see it when the customer are driving, because they will be tuned in to a channels constantly, but they can see a DVD. This option with DVD is free of charge in Group I.
Bike Support and Bicycle:
The bike support has an extra cost. Maximum 4 bicycles by motorhome. It is not possible this option in Group A, B or C. Motorhomes Group B, C, G, I have an outside compartment to put the bikes under the bed. In the motorhomes Group F and H the are a compartment outside under the bunks. If the customer wants put the bikes it is necessary close one of the bunk. You can rent also a support to take the baby with you. Maximum heigh 22Kg = 48Lb.
All the dinned have seat belt. In rentals >18 days rental this option it is free of charge. The seat Belts included in the motorhome are: Group A (4 seat belts), Group B (4 seat belts), Group C (4 seat belts), Group D (6 seat belts), Group E (6 seat belts), Group F (6 seat belts), Group G (6 seat belts), Group H (6 seat belts). Please, it is important to inform us how many month/years has the baby and the weight.
For children < 1.50 meters high.

The rates on this website are often heavily discounted. This is due to our negotiated rates and bulk buying power. On very rare occasions, a rate may be displayed incorrectly due to our, or a vehicle supplier's error. In such a case, if you book with us at a quoted rate that is incorrect, we will notify you of any price change and give you the option to proceed or cancel. We make every effort to keep information on our site up to date, but we cannot guarantee this website is free of errors or omissions and retain the right to update or change the information published at any time.
To the extent permitted by law we/the owners of this website will not be liable to you or to any third party (whether in contract, tort, or otherwise) for any direct, indirect or consequential loss or damage (including but not limited to any accident, injury, delay or loss of enjoyment) arising out of your reliance upon information contained on this website, including but not limited to your use (or inability to use) any products or services described or procured through this website.
When you pick up your vehicle, you will be required to sign a rental agreement with the supplier of the vehicle. Your rental and use of the vehicle will be governed by the terms of the rental agreement and any other documentation or information provided to you by the supplier at the time you pick up your vehicle. The rental agreement is between you and the supplier and we will not be liable to you or to any third party in relation to the terms of the supplier’s rental agreement or any other documentation provided to you by the supplier at the time of pick up.
While we will make reasonable efforts to ensure we are representing only reputable suppliers, we make no warranty about the fitness or suitability of any third party (supplier) product or service and will not accept responsibility for the quality or fitness of any vehicle. If you encounter issues with the vehicle whilst on hire, you MUST report these issues directly to the relevant supplier at the earliest possible time. This will allow the supplier to remedy any issues and minimise any inconvenience to you. If you fail to report any vehicle issues during your rental, it is likely that compensation will not be offered. We welcome feedback from our customers on their experience with our suppliers. We may, at our discretion, provide you with reasonable assistance in resolving any dispute you may have with a supplier.
Our total liability to you in relation to your use of this website and the information contained on this website will not exceed the dollar amount of the deposit we have received from you in relation to your booking/rental. Refunds will not be made for bookings cancelled due to inclement weather. Again, we strongly recommend that you take out travel insurance. Your use of this website is governed by the laws of New Zealand and the jurisdiction of the New Zealand courts.
To make a booking you must complete our booking form which is easy to follow and secured with the latest encryption technology. Once we receive your form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your booking by emailing you a confirmation voucher and invoice. The deposit required to secure your vehicle (as shown on the secure booking page) will only be processed on your credit card when your booking is confirmed. Please note that a 2% credit card or debit card surcharge will be added when your payment is processed.
A booking is confirmed when you have been emailed a confirmation voucher and at this stage the deposit is processed on your card and becomes non-refundable and any cancellation fees stated in the supplier's terms apply. Upon receipt of your confirmation, please check your details carefully and notify us immediately if there are any incorrect details, as it may not be possible to make changes at a later date.
If you are booking via phone, please make sure you have read the terms and conditions of the vehicle you wish to rent first. Our reservations consultant will ask you if you have read the terms and agree to them before proceeding. The onus is always on the renter to ensure they make themselves fully aware of the terms displayed on our website.
In booking on this website you acknowledge that we disclose your information to your selected Supplier in order to provide the requested rental services.
Please note that some suppliers treat an amendment as a new booking and apply the rate current at the time the amendment is made to recalculate the entire booking amount (not just the days changed). If the rental period is increased, an additional deposit may be required. If the rental period is shortened which results in a reduction of the rental charges, the deposit amount will remain unchanged, and the difference between the original and revised deposit is forfeited (it cannot be used towards remaining rental charges). To request a change to a confirmed booking, please use the alterations request link on your confirmation. Any alterations are subject to availability and the approval of the supplier. In addition to the alteration policy of the supplier stated in their terms, the following charges will apply:
Motorhome rental alterations (all charges stated in local currency): 25.00
The alteration fee will not be charged if your alteration request is not possible.
Vehicle Capacity and fitness to drive
Under no circumstances are you permitted to carry more passengers than the vehicle you rent is legally registered to carry, and if you do your insurance may be invalidated. The number of seatbelts (and passengers) is indicated next to each vehicle on this website. Luggage capacity where shown is an indication only and we will not be responsible should you be unable to fit your entire luggage into a vehicle. It is your responsibility to choose a journey that is within your capabilities. A vehicle supplier can refuse to rent a vehicle to any person who is in their opinion unfit to drive or does not meet eligibility requirements. In such circumstances we will have no further liability to you.
We are committed to providing a quality service and aim for complete customer satisfaction. In the event of cancellation, any refunds or penalties are detailed in the terms and conditions of your selected vehicle that you are asked to read and accept at time of booking. In the event you are unsatisfied with our service, please contact us within 48 hours of placing your booking or request and we will work to resolve any issues and determine if compensation is due. In the event you have completed your rental and are unhappy with your vehicle, we are happy to assist you in seeking compensation from the operator of the vehicle.
